I moved in January and the guy said no problem it will get moved over to the new house and will still only cost $99 for as needed service. So i called in today to get someone here. Spoke with a guy named Ken who told me it would be double what i was told originally. I feel lied to. And when ken tried to explain it he was very condescending. Said he will make sure the person who said it gets training. (He has no idea who said it)so.... its bs that the salesman tried to jack my price around when im already a customer. Horrible customer service and retention.
