I have had it with this company. I have been to the store's three times attempting to do an insurance claim and change in my phone for a jump. I have talked to the people on the phone because the people in the stores or saying I couldn't jump the phone the people that I called for T-Mobile said that I just go to the store and I can jump the phone. I have wasted six hours doing this so far. I demand this company pays me or I will take my business elsewhere. I will also spend my time at a minimum of 6 hours letting people know what a terrible company T-Mobile is

KJ and Mike are the ONLY guys you want to deal with if your a techie that want to speak Android to your sales person! I've known KJ for years, and Mike for a couple of years. Most informed and educated in produce and service because they love the product and the Thai Mobile brand... Thanks for all of the interesting times KJ! And Mike. I wish you and your wife only the best!

Nicholas was extremely helpful with helping my mom and I create a family plan. He spent at least 2 hours troubleshooting our account issue and in the end he was successful! The team at Southport Town Center T-Mobile is great. I also had issues with my data plan and KJ & Lam were very helpful and quick with figuring that out for me!!
